Summer of Service (S.O.S) is an opportunity for groups from churches, colleges, high schools etc. or individuals to come to experience more of God and his heart for missions. It’s pretty simple you pick one of the dates which will be shown on this very page shortly, contact us, gather together your group or come on your own, and get involved.
What can you expect? You can expect to have some times of great teachings, some good worship, a lot of fun and some great times of listening to God. But most excitingly you can expect to make a difference to people’s lives as we go and do outreach. That could include going to the downtown area of Salem or crossing international borders. We like to do all sorts from helping to feed homeless people, to speaking to somebody in a coffee shop about Jesus, to offering to serve somebody in their need. We just like to obey what Jesus would lead us to do.
We believe that S.O.S is a way that God can use to turn your life upside down and impact it greatly. We hope that people come away from S.O.S having experienced some more of God and being hungrier for Him, and determined to impact the world. So get in touch!
