Crossroads DTS is a Discipleship Training School for adults 25+ from all walks of life, including leaders in the Body of Christ, professionals and retired people. Crossroads welcomes families as well as couples and singles. In this setting, students grow closer to one another as each matures individually and deepens their relationship with God.
Our goal in the Crossroads DTS is to help you cultivate a loving relationship with God, and to challenge you to make Him known to others. We also seek to give you cross-cultural experiences that will prepare you to take the good news of Jesus Christ to the nations. CDTS begins with three months of classroom training featuring a variety of outstanding teachers. This is followed by a two-month overseas outreach. Most of our outreaches are into the 10-40 window, where trainees usually live among the local people. Each outreach is unique and may include caring for the needy, doing evangelism, intercession and service projects.
TO KNOW GOD.... The Lecture Phase is a time for you to encounter God! Some of the topics covered include: Hearing the Voice of God, God's Heart for the Nations, The Nature and Character of God, Forgiveness, Spiritual Warfare, Evangelism, Cross-Cultural Missions, Worship ect. The aim is to establish lifelong disciplines and habits that can provide a foundation for future ministry. You can expect radical times of worship, passionate intercession, and challenging lectures that will take you to a greater depth of intimacy with Jesus. The course is also designed for you to capture God's vision and direction for your life. AND TO MAKE HIM KNOWN. The Outreach Phase is a time for you to share the good news of Jesus Christ with people who have never heard! You will be immersed in a cross cultural setting with opportunities to put into practice what you learned in the lecture phase. We've recently sent teams to the following locations: Sudan, Namibia, China, Hong Kong, India, Thailand, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Japan, and Korea. Are you ready to GO!? CHILDREN ATTENDING Children attending will participate in a program called Children of Destiny (COD) . This program will run during the lecture phase of the course and will aim to take the children through similar experiences to that of their
parents / guardians. Going through similar topics as the CDTS, but in a way that relates to them
! And of course there is plenty of fun involved too!
