TAKE A CLOSER LOOK

Cafe Salem
Our first stop on the tour—Cafe Salem—a cozy space for everyone to enjoy and relax. We serve our locally sourced, Sister’s Coffee, and have a lot of drink options to choose from. The cafe also has a study area with computers, and quiet places to study or read. We love the cafe because it is a space that encourages community through coffee and conversation, and is always a nice Monday morning pick-me-up!

MPR - "Multipurpose Room"
Worship, Pray, & Celebrate in Our Community Gathering SpaceLocation: The Multipurpose Room, AKA "The MPR"The multipurpose room, or MPR as we call it, is our weekly gathering place for Monday morning worship, staff meeting, bible study, ministry night, and prayer times. It is a place designed to serve multiple purposes for staff and students and to encourage gathering as a community.

Kitchen & Dining Room
One of the most important places on campus is our dining room. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served on a daily basis, with a variety of food from all different nations. Our servers will always greet you with big smiles and good food as you make your way through the line. Our kitchen is located right off of the dining room, and is always filled with hard-working staff and students preparing a variety of foods and treats for meal times!

The Fire Pit
We know everyone thinks it rains all the time in Oregon. It doesn't! We have lovely summers and crisp, dry evenings even in some of the rainy seasons. Our fireplace is the go to hang out to enjoy the nice weather. Who doesn't love a s'more with roasted marshmallows and a good fireside chat?

Prayer Chapel
The Prayer Chapel is a quiet, more secluded place up in the trees here on campus. It is often used for prayer and quiet times, and a place where people can go to enjoy the Presence of God in solitude, or together. Sometimes events or class are also held in the space. Any time in the prayer chapel is a magical time up in the trees!

Ropes Course
Up in the trees our ropes course runs throughout the warmer months, often having groups from all over Oregon participate in team building exercises, class trips, even just for fun!

Classrooms
ClassroomsOur classrooms are specifically designed and decorated to fit your school theme and class size, as well as create an environment where learning more about God can become a reality!

Staff Offices
Our offices are created for staff development, school planning, and connecting with other staff. These offices are put to good use 5 days a week and have devoted staff members who work behind the scenes of YWAM Salem here.

Student Dorms
Our students stay in our campus dorm rooms! These dorms are for you & your fellow students to sleep in, relax in, and ultimately have a personalized space that is yours for your time here! We believe that living together encourages community among students and staff creating an atmosphere of unity & accountability.

SR Deck
When the suns out, this is where you can find just about everyone on campus. We love eating lunch out on the lawn and hosting events! The deck located in the middle of campus and is a great place to sit and relax in your free time! Gaze over the creek that runs through our campus or over our main lawn area.

Walking Path
Sometimes you just need to get outside - our walking path is perfect for a jog or walk and surrounds the whole campus taking you through the trees, by our staff houses, and into our fields. You can use the path whenever you want, and is the perfect way to blow off steam, take a walk with Jesus, or a friend!
