Staff Application

Congratulations on taking another step towards missions! The entire application process should only take you around 15-20 minutes, so we recommend doing it all in one go. However, you can save your progress and resume at a later time if you need.

Fill out the Online Application Form

We'll collect some personal information from you (i.e. where you're from, your birthday, education/work background, etc.) We'll also ask some "get to know you" questions and hear more about your heart behind applying!

Get the Confidential Reference Form Filled  

Every staff applicant must submit 3 confidential character references on their behalf. These references come from: a spiritual mentor or employer, a YWAM leader or base director, and a friend. There will be a place below to specify the names and emails of the people you have chosen for your references. We will automatically send them the form to fill out through email - remind them to fill it out!

We require an application fee of $15 to process you application and run a background check. You can pay this fee online now!
