B2B is ideal for YWAMers just coming into or desire to sharpen their leadership. We focus on leading by example and making a practical plan for personal development. In just one week, students will have opportunities of encountering God in many ways and identify keys to implement it to their leadership. 

Interactive lecture, workshops, processing and application times maximize  learning. Let’s experience God together in peer and mentoring groups as well as creative times of worship and ministry. The student to staff ration will be extremely low to maximize  the opportunities for students to interact directly with experienced leaders, ask questions, learn from their stories, receive coaching and be mentored.
